We conducted research on how Belarusians consume banking services. The overall conclusion is that the audience is not ready for complete digitalization in this sphere.
- They don’t trust the Belarusian ruble. They tend to exchange their national money to more stable currencies.
- They prefer offline communication when solving complex issues. Offline offices > mobile banking.
- They like cash. The audience has little faith in virtual money, so they cash their paychecks as soon as they get them.
