Bauman House is a Moscow-based business-class apartment complex, currently under construction by Kortros, a federal Russian developer. We’ve been maintaining the client’s digital promotion campaign since March 2020. One of the key elements of the project’s promo strategy is performance marketing. The KPI is to obtain unique targeted leads, i.e people with actual interest in buying an apartment in Bauman House.
We analyze the leads and implement Power BI as the core data visualization tool. It helps to improve the quality of advertising traffic and optimize the budget. The result is we’ve got a 22% increase in number of qualified leads compared to last year.
