Voskhod's "Cannes Forecast" took place in Yekaterinburg and Moscow. More than a hundred guests made their bets before the Cannes Lions festival results were announced.
A total of 56 best commercials for the last year, selected by Voskhod's creative directors and their colleagues from other agencies, were evaluated. Each video was translated into Russian by Voskhod's specialists.
The favorites both in Moscow and Ekaterinburg were BMW Father and son. Freude forever and Channel 4 Idents. The work of the British TV channel took several Cannes Lions awards in the Film and Film Craft category - 2 golds (Single-market campaign; Achievement in production), 2 silvers (Sound Design, Visual Effects) and 2 bronzes (Media/Entertainment; Direction). A social video about the problem of "school shooters" Just joking. Sandy Hook Promise was also highly appreciated by both Cannes Forecasts and the Cannes jury (silver in the Film category). Another example is the commercials from Apple (The Lost Voice and The Underdogs: Swiped Mac, which received silver "lions" of the festival and a large number of votes from our viewers.

The results of Cannes Predictions prove that works that win at festivals are not 'auteur cinema' for the initiated. This is what people vote for," said Voskhod's Creative Director Andrei Gubaidullin.
