In 2019, Barking Heads & Meowing Heads pet food producer from Britain aimed at entering the Russian market. We’ve been helping the client manage their social media and targeted ad activities, and attract new followers from the country’s major cities.
The strategy was to integrate classic British humour and artistic work into the brand communications. We created a few activations, including series of gamification activities, photo and art contests, which stimulated generation of valuable UGC-content and added to the number of followers.
A number of new targeting parameters were tested to specify the target audience. All the measures have brought us closer to achieving our key KPIs. While the work is still in progress, new activities, such as contests for users and collaboration projects with dog-friendly cafes are up ahead our marketing plans.
