Digitalizing a developer’s ecosystem
Even for an advanced business, there’s still room for growth. Development can be driven by implementing new digital tools into the ecosystem.
Our client’s, a federal-level developer, goal was getting rid of extra paperwork and facilitating communication between departments of the company. Automatized and non-contact – those are the two features crucial for a company that provides services; we needed to strengthen these characteristics as well.
After we researched the market, audience and competitors, we outlined directions for future change.
Renting, purchase legalization, voting services, smart house system, remote access, communication between residents, telemetry, complaints management, partner services – all of these needed to be linked in one application.
We developed the project map and ways to promote the product to its current and potential target audiences. We also outlined next stages of development and project’s scaling prospects.
As a result, our client got a detailed stage-by-stage scheme of an application development, with priorities, timelines and cost of work specified.
